I’m due early July and I am only bringing sleepers for this little guy. He won’t be outside and it will be cool in the hospital, our car and the house.

I had my son at the beginning of May. Typically where I’m at that’s already summer time. The day I was in labor it was 95 outside but they day we brought him home it was cold and rainy (very unusual!) I think I put him in maybe 2 or 3 sleepers when he was a newborn. He was only in a diaper the whole time I was at the hospital for skin to skin. When we brought him home he was in sweat pants and a long sleeve onesie. My daughter was born mid May and I definitely had her in sleepers like that whole first month.

Newborns can’t regulate temp no matter the season. My son was born in June and I packed onesies and sleepers and socks. I had him layered up the entire time ☺️

I had my first son June 3rd! Warm in the afternoon, cold in the morning, the weather was unpredictable! I brought a sleeper and he went home in a long sleeve pant outfit because they’re so tiny and can’t regulate their body temp yet! And they’re so skinny!
