I tolerated it for a bit before she turned a year old, she’s 3 in October, he would come once a month and see her and as time went on they were more spaced out gaps in between him seeing her and I told him the same thing.. we live 20 mins apart tops.. I’ve offered to go there or meet but he eventually just stopped coming and stood me up a couple times to meet to see her. He still would ask about her and I’d tell him she was fine and that was it. So it’s been over almost a year since he actually saw her last and four months since we last spoke about her at all. She has his last name and I wanna change it to mine. I have full custody of her but idk why he won’t agree to let me change it 🙄 he almost did once and then he found out I was taking him to court for child support and he told me “you can forget about me signing that paper now” 😂 he’s just being lame honestly about it for no reason

@twistedrenots, I just said a prayer for you, it seems to me like it’s more of a “title” more than anything to some men, like “I’m his / her father blah blah” but they don’t act like it at all... like they can have the right at that point to walk around and complain like the mother is the one to blame? I’ll honestly never understand, my sons real father never even bought him anything not even a pacifier not one friggin thing but would brag about all this money he was saving? I’m like get the hell out of here (plus after knowing him for 7 years I found out something extremely disturbing about him that he kept secret) by no means do I want to sit here and bash him cause he did give me the most wonderful human being on the entire planet BUT if you’re a parent you’re a parent all the time rain or shine tantrums no tantrums and their are just poop people out here that don’t treat being a mother/father seriously at all I mean it’s an absolute full time job anything else is almost unacceptable
