I'm about 6 weeks and 4 days Ish and I haven't had any soreness or pains etc ...and so I took a home pregnancy test and this is the result ...I'm unsure if I still am or not

It’s positive, with my first I didn’t feel pregnant or have any symptoms for a while 🙂 x
