I am also 9 weeks and I asked my Dr about it and it's because ur uturus is stretching which can cause some cramping . Just as long as there's no bleeding ur ok

If this is your second pregnancy then yes it’s beyond normal to cramp a little because your ligaments are stretching out and your uterus is getting bigger and moving
