Nursing mammas what nipple cream do you recommend? With my son I used the blue tube the hospital gave me but it didn't seem as if it worked. I was looking into the coco nursing cream but wasn't sure if that worked .

I used this one. Seemed to work good. Also used a shield for a bit.

I melted some breast milk in with beeswax and it worked wonders for the short time i was breastfeeding. if you’d rather purchase something than make it, some options ive heard good things about are Earth mama nipple butter, burts bees multipurpose baby ointment, badger nursing balm.

@spookylyn, with all nipple creams you should only use them after breastfeeding and wash any residue off before latching again.

I used Lansinoh with all 3 of my babies. It was recommended by my lactation consultant
