Oh lord... caring for the elderly is worse than a group of toddlers.

Sitting here, enjoying a few ML moments while one kiddo naps and they other is entranced with Legos. Then my sensory kiddo yells WHAT IS THAT SMELL!?! Then I smell it too.... gas. I follow my nose and track it through the kitchen, down the basement stairs, through the basement, through the garage. I'm looking around and our pops my grandpa's head from my husband's tools. Last I left him he was outside polishing his scooter.

Me: what is that gas smell?

Gramps: there's no gas smell.

Me: there most certainly is. I can smell it all the way into the house. What are you doing?

Gramps: nothing.

Me: you know I will figure it out, what is the smell.

Gramps: welllllllll I just moved the gas container. I didnt spill it though.

Me: um clearly you did, the floor is all wet over there and it smells wretched.

Gramps: wasn't me.

😳😳😳 so here I am, taking a breather before i get the kitty litter to absorb it.
