I’m almost 30 weeks and the back pain is killer. It’s towards the top today. Any back pain remedies to suggest ?? Anything would help right now. But I’m at work so I can’t lay down. I’m a Programmer so I’m behind a computer on my butt all day. Which doesn’t help either. I’m legit miserable 😖

Girl a heating pad worked for me, I also used this stuff called penetrax on my back (it was wayyyy better than icy hot and lasted longer) and I also would roll or have somebody roll a tennis ball up and down my spine 💜🖤💙I hope that helps I’ll be praying for you
I’m 35 weeks. A heating pad was the best thing I bought thus far lol take a nice hot shower and lay down on the pad or sit up watching tv.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
