What do you guys use to clear up a really bad diaper rash? My son is getting it pretty bad on one side, Desitin and A&D…

I use a cream called “triple paste” it works AMAZING! Both at preventing it & treating it.

Mine just went through her first very bad diaper rash. It was so bad her skin was peeling and was so raw. I was so livid at my mom because she had watched my daughter all day. What helped is instead of using wipes, i rinsed her for every diaper change. Then lather a bunch of diaper rash cream. Within 4-5 days. It healed completely and went away.

Aquaphor and coconut oil are my go to for 3 years

Wipes for my baby. Works perfect. Someone gave me wipes last week so I thought I would try them just to experiment... baby boy got a rash after 2 diaper changes of me using store bought wipes. I’m forever making my own. Literally never gets a rash while I do this.

I used jock itch cream on my son, and I got a pink power from cvs that is medicated! Best thing I ever used
