So I have my post partum visit in the morning and my doctor will ask what contraceptive measure I would like to take. I am not really sure, what do you guys take and why?

I first started on a low dose pill. It worked for me while my hormones were regulating but as time went on I could tell it was too low. I was depressed, I had no sex drive, and my hair started to fall out again (this was by 18 mo pp) I then went to a higher dose pill and have had no issues

I have the paragaurd. IUD but it’s hormone free. Heavy period for the first four months but I love it
