You know those strollers that come with a carseat attached to it? Can you use any brand of carseat to attach to it or does it have to be the same brand as the stroller?

Even if you use a different brand the cat seat won't attach correctly to the stroller

I had this car seat that was able to hold more weight and I wanted to use it with the stroller I have but it wouldn't attach so I was stuck with the one that came with the stroller

You have to get a stroller thats compatible with the carseat. They don’t necessarily have to be from the same brand. But just make sure it is compatible and you most likely will have to buy an adapter that is specifically for the carseat to use with the stroller.
For example, this baby. We will be using the 2019 Nuna Pipa Lite Lx with the Uppababy Vista 2019 stroller. We had to buy a specific adapter that is meant for the infant carseat to be used with the stroller.

I bought attachments for my stroller so that I could clip my car seat in. My stroller is baby jogger but my car seat is graco. A lot of companies will sell adapters to make them compatible.
