@arri0910, I agree to try your best to mind over matter, but I know it’s hard. I’m going on day 3 of no contact and it is extremely difficult. They intentionally say things to hurt you or to get a rise out of you. Meditate internally 💕💕 good luck
I definitely can empathize with anyone going through that. I also understand it's easier said than done I just want you or anyone in general to know your worth. Find strength in knowing that negative/untrue comments like that truly do not mean a thing because a prideful person won't turn the mirror on themselves so they tend to project what's going on with them on others. Truly know they're actually battling themselves. So just find peace and have faith that your joy is coming.
