Do any of you working moms have coworkers that just really couldnt care less about the quality of their work? I work in a packaging/shipping facility, and people here treat packages like they just dont care. I hate it and its making me want to quit, especially since management doesnt care either..

🙋🏽‍♀️ I do and I’m very annoyed by it as well. Luckily he is moving to a new team next month 🙌🏽. Maybe try talking your manager. Now in saying that I have also done that and it seems like nothing has changed. But I feel at least I covered my ass just in case 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yeah i just dont worry about other people. Do the best that i can while im there. Its all you can do. Itll be noticed by your work and care to detail.

Unfortunately it doesnt work that way here. Everything here is based on favouritism, so even though i bust my butt daily, exceed our requirements by a county mile, and have very minimal errors, im still barely noticed by management because i dont hang out with them outside of work
