I have an extremely bad clogged milk duct. Went to emergency and they said there was nothing they could do!! I’m over her crying in pain! Does anyone know what I can do to relieve the pain??
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
Do I ask for painkillers now or is it too early? Starting to become more and more painful 😣😐

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Take a hot shower and massage the nipple outward to try to clear the clog. Or fill a diaper with hot water and put against your boob for several minutes before latching baby. You could also try letting your husband suck if your baby isn’t sucking hard enough. Worked for me! Also go to a vitamin store and get soy lecithin pills and take 2 pills 2x a day until relieved. That helped me.

Try using something with a vibration it’ll help shake the milk down and help with a clogged duct, take hot showers and massage and try warm compresses

In a way yes, she said I didn’t have a fever and that I wasn’t red so instead of giving me antibiotics they said for me to continue doing what I’ve been doing. But if I feel worse call to Kiaser OB department.

Tylenol and massage the clog out and warm towel on top. Sorry that all i know never really had a really bad clogged duct.
