So turns out reason my son won’t eat baby food he don’t like the spoon 😩🙄 ugh this baby is so difficult I swear 😂
Please don’t put it in baby’s bottle. That is a choking hazard. Some babies are just not ready for purées at 6 months old. Mine wasn’t interested in food until about 9 months old. Maybe you can try again in a couple months.
@meganrogers1329, rice cereal should only be added to bottles on the advice of a pediatrician for significant conditions like reflux. If your baby doesn’t have diagnosed reflux, then that really is not good to use.
@mckinney032589, because it makes the breast milk or formula really thick in consistency, and thus can cause choking. Just not a really safe practice.
@scruffy.nerf.herder, yes it can be thick.. depending on how much is put into the bottle I never put much though
Told someone b4.. but I used to put it in the bottle with the milk.. only way my first born would take it.. but my other 2 didn’t take it either way
Oh that's a big no no. Please never put baby food in a bottle. Huge choking hazard. 😲
So when's everyone's Due date?..
My baby girls is 24.03.2016👑💕
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎

baby girls changes so far😍😍
For reflux or failure to thrive after 4 or 5 months is different. I think it's a case by case scenario. Not debating age here because that is entirely different than a 6 month old baby who is developmentaly ready for solids. The old outdated information was putting cereal in the bottle before 4 months. This is in reference to GI issues and choking. If baby is held upright and allowed to drink the bottle very slowly, they can be ok but this should be discussed with the doctor who will discuss the pro's and con's. I honestly think this is more recommended for medical issues. You have the option of cereal or reflux meds for reflux but if the child has failure to thrive (which my middle child had) then that is where all options need to be discussed because sometimes there is GI issues involved as well (I.e. blood in the stool - which my daughter had).
