Anybody else pregnant and have bad anxiety 😭

Me! I struggle with anxiety period. Not while just pregnant.

I've had anxiety since middle school, being pregnant makes it so much worse!

I had extreme anxiety with my pregnancy in the beginning.

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and all want do is cry my anxiety is through the roof

I struggle with it even when not pregnant but it was so much worse during pregnancy.
