Anyone else suffered from SPD, I have been having regular weekly/2weekly blood pressure checks (due to high risk of preeclampsia and my blood pressure being raised on and off regularly) and was in Antenatal ward today and they suggested the pains I have been having in that area is that (SPD/PGP) Paracetamol is advised and support belts... anyone tell me where I could purchase these?? The last 3 weeks I have been spending my life at the doctors - seeing midwives, doing numerous tests and then being referred to hospital, it's a constant and honestly quite draining cycle. Anyone else been in the same boat?? X

I do! It’s awful isn’t it. I’ve suffered with it in this pregnancy and with both my girls. I got my belt off amazon but I don’t feel it works for me. I use heat patches on my back and warm baths can help too. Just try to take it as easy as you can x
Yep, I have really bad spd some days I can hardly walk, I've been reffered to physio and still waiting for an appointment, the pain is truly agonizing

I have been monitoring my blood pressure but I was wondering what is "too high" for the top number and "too high" for the bottom number also what's a good heart rate average
so my last appointment they found protein in my urine, trace of blood and my blood pressure was high. well now I'm starting to get blurred vision ( were I can't even see) and spots in my eyes. And then it will go away. also I haven't been able to eat and now I've lost alot of weight and now weighing 114. anyone have any ideas of what's going on
I found out today at my appointment that I have pregnancy high blood pressure. Really scared. She said that it will go away after delivery>>>hopefully I say. I have lost 21lbs an I eat healthy and drink lots of water. She also said it's because my hormones are reacting to my body differently because of not being pregnanat for 8 years. Ugh so stressed out. And ladies been threw high blood pressure?
