When do kids Usally start talking? Our 2 1/2 year old still babbles and only says some words. Anything you ask him ye just says no and he says whar, gimmie, go, but anything else he says you can't understand. He's in speech classes tho

My 2.5 year old speaks in sentences now. With the occasional moments of us having no clue what she is saying! Every child develops differently as you know. Just keep encouraging conversation.

Yeah I know they all go at their own pace but he'll get it one day. Hes getting better tho

Just keep the conversations flowing and also when pointing out objects try to get him to repeat what you say. Good practice!

its hard because his attention spam is short lol but we still try

I think 2 is probably normal. My first didn’t talk until he was 4 and we got him into speech therapy, but my second was already talking in small sentences by the age of 2. Now he’s 3 and he doesn’t stop talking. 😭 every kid will be different though.

Yeah he just babbles a lot most of the time I don't know what he's saying and he talks to him self a lot never really talks to us but we talk to him all day only about 4 words are clear
