Suffering with mental health and being a parent is bloody hard. There's at least one obstacle a day to get threw, could be anxiety not wanting to leave the house, depressed not wanting to get dressed, the feeling of failure being a parent either way there's many and it's day after day until one morning you wake up and it's a good day, you get dressed you take the little one out, your housework is done by midday, you've planned tea, that feeling of contentness, been able to enjoy being a parent without worry. Today is that day for me, for all you mothers who suffer or just people who suffer with any mental health, keep your head up, not all days are bad days.
