Anyone go on job interviews while pregnant? If so, do you disclose in the interview or wait till after they offer?

I haven’t but I worked in HR. I would recommend not telling them until you’re employed. It’s none of their business before that point.
I wouldn’t tell them before.. I wouldn’t even tell them right after. I would wait until I was comfortable. Legally you don’t have to disclose. & once you’re hired they can’t fire you for just having a baby
If I were an employer, I’d appreciate the honesty before hand. Unless you’re super early because then you can get away with “i didn’t know at the time of the interview”
I was 14 weeks along and was super up front and also got the job. Telling them before hand gave them the necessary time to accommodate me at their store. In some cases it’s best to be honest. You never know how it’ll benefit you .
Also, a lot of employers don’t like to hire not because of you being pregnant necessarily but in a couple months time, that employer is going to have to find someone to work for you while you’re on maternity leave after just hiring you. It’s a process.
