Just noticed these on both of his big toes. Any ideas? Should I take him to the dr?

Could be from crawling/trying to crawl. Like carpet burn. That’s what it was for my son when he was little.

I was going to ask if he is crawling lol I am thinking it's most likely from that.

That’s normal my son had that too it was from crawling/teething on his feet.
