Been on the this for a couple days I think I’m not helping myself because I’m not drinking the tea but it taste so gross all though I wear the thing all the time I just don’t drink the team anyone else have a recommendation about something else I can drink to help me lose some weight I’m all so doing some work outs and eating better and drinking water just need something else
