What age did your baby first say ma ma?

8 months my son says mama and he loves to say it lol I’m sure he doesn’t understand it yet but he says it clear n loud. It’s funny though bc like a month n a half ago he was saying dada but only for a week or so n I’m like he’s gonna be saying that all the time n never get mama. Now it’s just mama mama mama lol I was so wrong 😂

My kiddo still hasn't said his first real word. He understands a lot though. I can tell him to take something to daddy or to put something back in its drawer, and he'll do it. I'm hoping that once he starts talking it'll all sort of click.

He babbled it before 12 months but stopped, he finally started calling me mama at 2 years old. And associating daddy, as daddy lol. I was no longer daddy anymore 😂

Mine said it at like 13months and it was clear that he knew what it meant. Before that it was kind of just an accidental sound 😂
