So glad you are feeling better!! I am a ma and phlebotomist. I have shadowed a doctor for so long tho. He is a family friend at 15 I was his ma when he opened his practice and he thought me soo much. But right now I teach phlebotomy. If everything comes back ok. I am planning on going back to school to either do PA or Rn. I need to get back into school. He’s probably like come on not another on ahahah

I really don’t think it is! Most of those bad diagnoses are super rare. My symptoms began about 2 weeks ago with thoracic back pain, then turned into weakness and numbness in my arms and now legs. My husband gave me a steroid injection today and started me on oral steroids and my legs are feeling the best they’ve felt in at least a week. We’re supposed to go on a Disney cruise Friday for my kids’ spring break, so I’m hopeful the neurologist will say I can still go tomorrow. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I literally went from athletic runner to super weak within 7 days! Hoping it’s just something temporary though—the arm weakness was the first thing and now it’s gone, and the legs weren’t bad at first, but they got bad starting 2 days ago. Hoping they’ll run their course and go back to normal? 🤞🏻🤞🏻 He’s run so many tests on me though and they’ve all come back normal 🤷🏼♀️ No clue what is causing it! You?

Hopefully you can go! I hope they figure it out soon. No infection? Your modules are not swollen? I’ve seen patients with swollen nodules and have numbness and lots of pain. You are so lucky your husband is a doctor!! Or maybe even a hit nerve? No clue what’s causing mine it could be something I was born with or soemthing that’s just starting hopefully the mri with show.

Stay off of google!! I’m having mystery health problems and my husband is a doctor so he’s been putting me through all kinds of tests (including thoracic back MRI and brain MRI yesterday), and they’ve all come back normal. Still a mystery! But of course, instead of feeling good about the normal results, I’ve convinced myself (thanks to google) that I have 2-3 years left to live. If I didn’t have anxiety before, I sure do now! Please try to relax and don’t let the evil google-monster drive you to the brink of your sanity like it has for me! 😳

I had a seizure last week. And I have a brain mri on Saturday but the doctor believed I have them daily because of how bad my head aches are and the smell I keep smelling and the dejuvu. Last week was just noticed by my husband it was a bad one. I pray you are doing ok!!

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

No infection that we know of. My blood work is all normal, no elevated WBCs or anything, and my lymph nodes are normal. It’s so bizarre. The steroids he gave me must have kicked in today though and my numbness feels so much better this morning, so we’re guessing it’s some sort of inflammation process. Hopefully the neurologist can give us some more insight today. Are you a nurse? Where do you work? I’m a nurse practitioner—or was, anyways, before all of the rugrats took over my life, lol. Yes, it’s nice having him be a doctor, and he has his own practice so he has a lot of resources we can use when we’re sick, like quick appointments to see specialists, but sometimes it’s hard because he’s dealt with enough patients all day that he doesn’t want to come home to another patient, lol. Will be praying that you get quick answers to ease your mind and that there’s an easy solution. 🙏🏻 Hang in there 💪🏻
