Ok I am a little overweight and I know it poses a problem with my pregnancy besides better food habits is there anything I can do to maintain weight like any exercise apps or anything?

Hi! There are apps “my fitness pal” where you can put in your food, workouts and steps and it will help you to track how much you can eat etc. really good app!

Cut out sugar! Drink lots of water. Don't overeat.
