It could be your period. I went straight from post partum to my first period.

I got my period 28 days after having both girls. Did the bleeding ever stop for a day at least??

Yes it stopped for a Week and now i have almost 4 weeks bleeding again

yeah it could definitely be your period. My OB swore I was nuts but I know my body... and two pregnancies... both exactly the same cycle patterns and continued that way til I got pregnant again 😂 sucks to be us. I was also EBF
