My daughter is so picky as well. She eats the same foods which probably isn’t the best but it’s all I can get her to eat. She hates vegetables but she is a fruit lover. It’s so frustrating too I’ll be feeding her and she’ll take the food out of her mouth and not eat it
My son's been a picky eater and he's 2.5 almost 3. It's hard. I just find things he likes and try to get him to eat that. What ever I make if he decides he likes that more than the other things I give him more of it so he actually has something to eat. He's not a huge meat eater but there's some meats he will eat and I try to keep making those. A list of stuff he likes is what I try to keep either mentally or written down.

Just keep offering and give Children's vitamins. I also made sure he was hydrated. They won't starve themselves. Don't worry.

My kiddo has gotten picky in the past couple of months, I feed her what she likes and also try to find new things she will eat.
