@iuiblessing2018 yesss, You can do 25 in the morning and 25 at night or all of them at once. If you do it at least 5 times a week... its a great thing. Try it 😊
I’m a certified PT, 50 squats won’t help. I got pregnant with my son recently and my ass went from being perfect to almost saggy and no volume same with my stomach. I do squats 4x a week with a loaded 175 bar.
