So i know its early but me and my partner have decided the date im leaving work. I work with school children so get all school holidays off so weve decided for me to leave at the end of may school holiday im not going back as will be a stay at home mom when the baby arrives until she starts school in a few yrs i won't get maternity as im classed as a independent contractor but universal credit top up my money as partner has not moved in yet.
we know this is especially early i was originally going to leave end of school yr But i have very bad sciatica and am already in agony every day which my job makes even worse and never sleep hence the 4am post lol plus this is a high risk pregnancy (its a miracle that im even pregnant)so im leaving around 6 weeks earlier My partner has made it clear he will support me financially as hes concerned for my wellbeing as he sees the effect working is having on me. and he earns a decent wage so we wouldn't struggle.
A huge part of me is relieved a little part of me is nervous ive always worked since the day i left school 18 yrs ago

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag.
