I would just like to let you know that melatonin for children is not FDA approved, and that it has symptoms such as: nausea, headaches, dizziness, morning grogginess and stomach pains. The long term affects have also not been studied. Please consult your child’s doctor before administering it.
I would stay away from this product in that case. More than likely Red lake 40 and blue lake dyes are the reason and they’re not good. My girls go nuts when they have red dye foods
@phoebesmommy, I mean I don’t think my son is sensitive to dyes anyways plus it only has 2g of sugar in it . Only way to know if it works is to try it 🤷🏽♀️

I'd have to see the ingredients. Lot's of so called natural supplements have dangerous herbs in them.
