Went for my first ultrasound today😔.. no baby in the sac, doc thinks I am now 7 weeks. Has anyone experienced this? No baby in sac? Am I too early? Maybe misdiagnosed how far along I am? I’m very sad it’s my first time and I don’t wanna loose my baby😢

Yes I went in at 7 weeks. Saw just a sac. No baby... my doctor called it a blighted ovum. I eventually passed the sac. They did testing on it but couldn’t figure out why it happened...
What are they using to determine you are 7 weeks? If we assume (big assumption) that your positive on 3/2 was only JUS TV positive youd be closer to 5 weeks which COULD be too early for anything. Did they measure the sac and make that determination?

Is your hormone going up. Could be too early. When next appointment.
I have went through this but the baby could also be hiding. My first pregnancy I just had the sac no baby and I ended up having a miscarriage. I hope you don’t have to go through that. My thoughts are with you
