Me! Mine is always off but it’s worse when I’m pregnant. I only take the medication when I’m pregnant though.

@winelvr8, I have hypothyroidism so I take Synthroid. You just take it right when you wake up in the morning and don’t eat until an hour afterwards. It’s important to take it because it can harm your baby if your thyroid levels aren’t right.

No, there shouldn’t be as long as your dose is correct. That was my experience at least.
