Mommies I have a cooking question. I made Alfredo sauce for the first time from scratch and it has sort of a gritty texture. I know if from the Parmesan but is there a way to make it more smooth?

I started to but the cheese was sticking all up in it and I switched to a wooden spoon. Should I have stuck with the whisk?
@adventuresofa1sttimemommy, I typically use the whisk. While I whisk I slowly add the cheese so it doesn’t end up sticking. Or I throw the cheese in at the end.
How did you make it? You can add like an asiago cheese with the parm next time.
