Depending on reasoning for infertility. They have things that can trigger ovulation but only if she’s not ovulating. Pills if she has irregular period for regulation. After 1 year is when she needs to go to a specialist.

There numerous reason. Low sperm count to not ovulating. They both need to see a doctor. 6% of women are infertile and 9% to 12% of men are in fertile.

I tried for 2 years before we finally got pregnant, she needs to be patient , stress free & keep track of her ovulation

Shots or pills would be prescribed by her OB or fertility specialist after testing has been done and they have figured out one of them has fertility problems. Most of the time the doctor needs to document when the couple started trying to get pregnant. After a year of trying the doctor would start testing to find if there are any fertility issues. If it’s determined that either of them have fertility problems, the doctor would start medication.
