So I’m upset.. my maternity pictures, the ones I posted I edited and everything. Well the photographer who took them just sent me the edited versions he did.. he photoshopped my stretch marks, the lumps in my thighs and the belly button scar from my Piercing out of every picture. Now, I know most would be like “why are you upset?” Well I told him I didn’t want it edited out because I wanted to capture the beauty of true pregnancy.. not fake pregnancy.☹️

id be disappointed too, part of what you pay a photographer for is the editing. if you asked for no alterations made to your body, he should’ve followed that. but i bet he didn’t have bad intentions, he may have forgotten or got you mixed up with another client, it happens. don’t stress about it, i think it’s a nice idea to have them unedited ❤️ hopefully he’ll work with you to get you pictures that meet your expectation.

I would understand if he got mixed up.. but he’s been talking to me over text about the pictures, I’m his only maternity shoot he’s done; he’s not a big big photographer. Plus when I asked him not to, we had a full blown conversation, he said something like “I won’t have to edited your pictures.” I said “good I don’t want to have any mark edited out!! I want to show every mark I got being pregnant and everything!” He said “okay that’s great”. He sent the original ones to me, so I’m just gonna keep my edited ones and not be a hassle to work with and leave the ones he did like they are.
