It might mean it was delayed on it way to Spokane since it doesn’t say arrived in Spokane . There is intense flooding across the plains.

I don’t think so, it’s been sunny all weekends and they’ve been there since Friday. It’s free so I can’t complain i just can’t wait to receive it 🤗
