Yeah that's what we did too lol or my phone was like $80 I got it just cause it was cheap and now it sucks!
I understand! I'm ready for a new phone, got ours almost two years ago, it's a Moto E4 not the best but I really didn't want a ginormous phone yknow

I’ve had metro for a while, I never have any problems. You should call the nearest metro, they may have better answers for you !

Ohp, I have metro, however I wish I could be help. When I got them they had a deal where you get the phones free with the plan. So I never paid for the phones just the plan 😬
