Your doctor will start testing for fertility issues at a year trying to see if there is a reason you aren’t getting pregnant. The best thing you can do is use opks to track ovulation and have times intercourse around ovulation.

Not this one. I used preseed which didn’t help me get pregnant (I had unexplained infertility) but it was good lub
