Not a good idea. You’re really only supposed to consume one cup of caffeinated beverage a day while breastfeeding, just like when you’re pregnant.
Yea I usually don’t drink caffeinated drinks besides Diet Coke mostly water and some juice not a big coffee drinker and it’s my first Red Bull the small one 8.4 oz
@aldianabesic1998, I think 300mg is the maximum suggested amount of caffeine a day so I think that’s equivalent to a 2-3 cups of coffee. Not sure how much is in a Red Bull but it normally says it on the can. I never drank more than 1 cup of coffee or tea a day out of caution.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Is this the one yall drink to induce??? I'm desperate
