Not a good idea. You’re really only supposed to consume one cup of caffeinated beverage a day while breastfeeding, just like when you’re pregnant.

Yea I usually don’t drink caffeinated drinks besides Diet Coke mostly water and some juice not a big coffee drinker and it’s my first Red Bull the small one 8.4 oz

I think 300mg is the maximum suggested amount of caffeine a day so I think that’s equivalent to a 2-3 cups of coffee. Not sure how much is in a Red Bull but it normally says it on the can. I never drank more than 1 cup of coffee or tea a day out of caution.
