I keep seeing on here and on a breastfeeding FB page that body armor is good for milk supply. I had never heard of it before and saw it the other day while I was in food lion. Is it really that good? And if you buy it, does anyone buy a case of them online or just buy individually in store?

They're my secret weapon tbh. If I drink one I'm overflowing within the next half hour. And I think they taste better than Gatorade

if u Google it, it'll tell u where u can buy it. I see that I can buy it by the case at Sam's club and on Amazon.

Our Walmart sucks so I doubt they'd have them and honestly I've never even seen individual bottles. I'll try BJ's tho for sure. Do u prefer one flavor over another?
