I've started losing small pieces of my plug so I wanted to start prepping for labor by bouncing on my ball and my pup is being so supportive 😭

Be careful a lot of people will start bashing on you for “preparing” cause you aren’t letting it happen naturally.
My dr said that a ball won't do anything but strengthen my pelvis for labor and she'll come when she's ready. I want her to cook as long as possible 💕
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
