Anybody who’s has teeth pulled or someone who works in the dentist office...
I got my teeth pulled on the 15th days later I started getting bad breath and nasty taste in my mouth I looked for signs of dry socket but I see no blood clot out of my gums so it’s confusing as to is this normal ? Will it go away on it’s own? I want to see what everyone has to say I can’t call the dentist til 8AM

Usually bad breath in dentistry can mean different things. Considering you just got your tooth extracted, there could be an infection. The dentists should of given you an antibiotic after to prevent infection. 24 hours after the procedure you’re able to swish with warm salt water, but you don’t want to actually do the “swishing” motion. You want to move your head side to side to swish and just lean over the sink and let it dribble out. If you do the swishing it’s auction and could dislodge that blood clot. The warm salt water rinses will help heal your mouth quicker, but call the office and ask for them to send a antibiotic to your pharmacy. You could have food as well in the socket, but you would be able to feel it and just doing the rinses will help clean it and get anything out. I don’t recommend using tea or coconut oil though. It doesn’t do much to kill the bacteria, or help with the infection and odor. 😌
