Night feedings were the hardest for me to eliminate. I bf for another year after my daughter was weened during the day.

be consistent in your approach. keep trying! My son didn't sleep through the night, not even once until I weaned. It is so hard I know! xx

Remove a feeding every couple days. If she eats 5 times a day. Take away the morning feed and give her water breakfast etc..... but she can have the other feedings. One or two days take a way the after noon feeding and replace it etc. toys food fun whatever. I found it easier then going cold turkey because it was less painful and less annoying 😫😫😫

I breastfed 3 of my kids and consistency is key! When it was time to stop have the alternative right next to you so you won't give in. I know it's hard because it's our natural instincts as mothers. But be sure not to beat yourself up about it

I just kept giving pacifiers and try to "ignore" as much as possible I slowly cut it out like say it's only been 3hours since she went down I gave pacifier and went back to bed next time I'd give in but then if it was 3ish hours after I "ignored"after giving pacifer

I wish she used a pacifier 🤦🏾‍♀️
