I wore a different style one toward the end of my pregnancy. I loved it. I mean it sucked that I was in pain but the belt definitely helped me lol

I have one for my sciatica to try and relieve pressure. It may be too high up on your back if it's causing difficulty breathing. YouTube has some awesome tutorials so you know it's placed properly. It is very uncomfortable for me and I hate the pressure but it shouldn't restrict breathing.
