Oh wow I haven’t been on here in so long..... I have a big question. I was on depo for 2 years and now I’ve been off for almost 3 months and my period hasn’t started. How long does it take for this shot to leave ur system??

It took 6 months to get my cycle back, a year to regulate and 3yrs plus IVF to have a baby. That shot is the devil.

Depo is one of the worst. Most do not regulate until a year or more.

I’d honestly give it some time before trying anything. I’d say 6 months

I was on it for 5 years. I don’t remember when I got my period back. But it did take a little over two years before it completely cleared my sister and I was able to conceive.
