Once you get a license it would just be considered a state transfer. If you only have a permit then you'll have to get their permit and do their permit process. I moved from Massachusetts to Florida and just had to turn in my license essentially but don't do it unless you're making a permanent move
I live in Miami,, believe it’s different based on your age if you have a license is easier ,permit like a new driver you might need to do a Florida per it if your under 21

Well I’m 23 year old and I got my permit from Connecticut I will call them tomorrow and see what they tell me
