The 3t-4t is the same as the size 5 diaper, I just looked it up..in honest anyway. So I'm assuming they are all like that.
I know in honest 2t-3t pullups, they say they are the same as a size 4 diaper.
One’s a diaper and one is a pull up. I feel like their pull ups run a bit small, though.

Let's all stop the body shaming. We are all beautiful no matter the shape or size. Everyone is different. Both of these women are carrying healthy babies and are 4-5 weeks apart. Both are growing human beings and it is beautiful 💕💕💕💕💕

Yeah I know I bought those pull ups for my oldest and he’s in a 5 as well and I thought it was weird how those fit him when 5 diapers still seem a little big on him
