Sooo... Im freaking out my 5 year old ran and jumped on couch and his foot accidentally hit my stomach should i worry im not cramping or anything? My stomach just got tight right when it happened like a natural tight reaction to kick? Im 14 weeks

You will be fine. I've had my share of getting kicked jumped on and everything was always okay. There are many layers and protection barriers for baby in the womb.
