How do you get your baby use to sleeping without being swaddled? My 3 month old is starting to get her arms free and also trying to roll so I'm thinking it's time to stop swaddling but she wont sleep without being swaddled I will lay her in her crib and she will just cry and not sleep any suggestions?

Get her a sleep sack! It's the only thing that helped my son, he still had his arms out but still felt sort of bundled up enough.
