What time do you guys put your 2 1/2 year old to bed at night? Mine needs a more consistent schedule which is hard because he WILL NOT sleep even 8 hours. I've tried all kinds of things with him to keep him asleep like music, sleepy time scents in a diffuser, I've tried a lavender stuffed bear he can sleep with, natural pillow sleepy time spray, and even having white noise or it be completely silent but he will not sleep more than eight hours unless he gets up and curls up with me. Which is not going to be a thing anymore, he's too big, and I'm too pregnant and he moves too much and I've gotten whacked too many times in the stomach by his tossing and turning. I want him permanently in his own bed, down for the entire night before his sister gets here so I'm at least not waking up with two children if I'm lucky enough that he sleeps through any nightime fussing.

My 3 year old goes to bed at 7:30 has since the age of 2.

@rariszoo, I went thru this with my 3 year old daughter sometimes she would Stay up until midnight ! I started giving her 1 melatonin gummy at 8:30 and now she is in bed and asleep on her own every night by 9:30. Pretty amazing stuff. She is no longer needing vitamins anymore she’s on the same schedule now.

7:30-7:45ish. Some nights she’s out like a light, sometimes she’ll be singing and doing somersaults in her bed for a while. Just bought a “big girl clock” off of amazon to teach her that she is to stay in bed until the light turns green.

When my son was that age his bedtime was 7:30. Now he’s almost 5 years old & his bedtime is 8:30.
