I need a good stroller for my toddler. We're moving and there's a park close by so we'll be walking a lot to it. Right now we have a graco modes and it's just too bulky. I also have the graco breeze that I keep in my car but her feet dangle past the bar. Looking to spend no more than $150

Maybe get something other than a stroller since she is older and you probably will not get too much out of a new stroller. Maybe a wagon or a tricycle that you push?

We have a canvas fold up wagon and he loves it. Has buckles and add ons, the side zips down. My niece has one too, you can find it in a few colors I think.
